At Melfort, our menus follow the seasons. As one crop fades and another comes into its prime, our dishes shift with it. We cook farm-to-fork, using seasonal local produce, fresh local fish, and wild ingredients foraged from our surroundings.

Meals are designed for sharing, each course arriving in a generous family-style format, made to be enjoyed around the table.
