At Melfort, our menus move with the seasons. As one crop fades and another reaches its prime, the way we cook shifts with it. We work closely with the land, bringing together seasonal local produce, sustainably sourced fish and wild ingredients foraged from our surroundings.

Our food is generous and intended to bring people together around the table.

From 1 October 2026, the set menu will be priced at R725 per person, reflecting an expanded menu and an even fuller Melfort experience.
